What is the healthcare section?

Cardiac and cerebral atherothrombotic diseases are the leading cause of death in our country. Although treatments have improved, the emergence of these diseases is far from being reduced. Unhealthy habits facilitate the development of these diseases.

The objectives of the UDETMA, whose mission is to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular disease, are:

  • To use more sensitive diagnostic tools to identify disease (atherosclerosis) and not just calculate risk.
  • To apply preventing individually.
